| Environmental monitoring central station of Heilongjiang province is established in 1976, subjected by Heilongjiang Environmental Protection Bureau, which takes charge of provincial environmental quality monitoring, pollution sources monitoring and other environmental monitoring work, engage in environmental monitoring technical research, accelerate the environmental monitoring technique development. HLJEMC is guided by CNEMC on operation, and is a first level station of the national environmental four level monitoring stations system. For more than thirty years development, HLJEMC has become an environmental department with large scale, broad monitoring field and high technical level, and now it is the provincial environmental technique centre, data centre, network centre and training centre. |
